Vyshnave serves on CPIP’s Advisory Committee, where she supports strategic planning and organizational development. She brings extensive experience in project management, health systems integration, and qualitative research. As a Project Manager with the North Toronto Ontario Health Team, she leads initiatives that design and implement integrated, community-based care models for vulnerable populations. Vyshnave also has research experience from the University of Toronto, where she contributed to projects evaluating medical education programs and health interventions. Passionate about global health equity and community empowerment, she helps guide CPIP’s mission to strengthen accessible, community-based healthcare in underserved regions such as Northern Sri Lanka.

Charlie is a Primary Care Paramedic, building a strong foundation in delivering pre-hospital care and emergency response services. With additional training in community paramedicine and a background in first aid and CPR training, he effectively addresses the health needs of diverse populations, focusing on prevention, health education, and service integration to enhance community health outcomes.
Charlie has been an integral part of this team from the start of the project and serves as a general advisor. He is motivated and ready to bring innovation to the table as he contributes to the advancement of healthcare practices.

Janani is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, assurance, budgeting, and financial management. Her professional background has given her a strong understanding of financial controls, reporting requirements, budgeting processes, and the financial considerations that support effective organizational decision-making.
As an Accounting and Financial Advisor to CPIP, Janani provides financial expertise to support the organization’s operations and long-term sustainability. She contributes to budgeting and financial planning, financial reporting, bookkeeping, and the development of effective financial processes and controls.
Janani brings a practical and collaborative approach to her work, combining her technical accounting expertise with an understanding of organizational needs. Through her role with CPIP, she supports the organization in strengthening its financial foundation and ensuring resources are managed responsibly to support CPIP’s programs, partnerships, and continued growth.
