Charlie is a Primary Care Paramedic, building a strong foundation in delivering pre-hospital care and emergency response services. With additional training in community paramedicine and a background in first aid and CPR training, he effectively addresses the health needs of diverse populations, focusing on prevention, health education, and service integration to enhance community health outcomes.
Charlie has been an integral part of his team from the start of the project and serves as a general advisor. He is motivated and ready to bring innovation to the table as he contributes to the advancement of healthcare practices.

Vyshnave serves on CPIP’s Advisory Committee, where she supports strategic planning and organizational development. She brings extensive experience in project management, health systems integration, and qualitative research. As a Project Manager with the North Toronto Ontario Health Team, she leads initiatives that design and implement integrated, community-based care models for vulnerable populations. Vyshnave also has research experience from the University of Toronto, where she contributed to projects evaluating medical education programs and health interventions. Passionate about global health equity and community empowerment, she helps guide CPIP’s mission to strengthen accessible, community-based healthcare in underserved regions such as Northern Sri Lanka.
