Develops research, reports, and proposal content that supports CPIP’s initiatives and partnerships. Interns contribute to literature reviews, data synthesis, policy research, and program development.

Mohona is a Master’s student in Surgical and Interventional Sciences at McGill University and a Health Sciences graduate from Queen’s University. With experience in global development and healthcare implementation, she leads CPIP’s research team, overseeing literature reviews, data synthesis, and project coordination.

Sanjay is a senior member of CPIP’s Research & Proposals Team, leading proposal development for the organization’s pilot community health initiative in Northern Sri Lanka. As one of CPIP’s earliest team members, he has played a key role in shaping the pilot proposal, contributing to its structure, content,and alignment
