Focused on vulnerable and underserved populations, the program provides doorstep healthcare services delivered by trained community paramedics. By bridging the gap between primary care and emergency services, the CPIP Pilot Program helps reduce unnecessary emergency room visits, improves long-term health outcomes, and empowers individuals to manage their health safely at home.
